Heart of sauteed fried bell peppers sate

The pig's heart is washed, sliced about 0.6cm thick, washed thoroughly. Marinate with 1/2 cup garlic, chopped Knorr seeds from mushrooms and seaweed, to soak for 15 minutes.

Green bell peppers, yellow seeds removed, washed, sliced square about 3-4cm, neat
Heat cooking oil, ginger, chopped garlic and minced garlic and saute the pan, turn the heart of the pig into a quick hand, then put the bell peppers in stir fry.

When the heart and bell pepper just ripe for half the remaining leaves on the island, wedge Knorr seasoning from mushrooms and seaweed just eat, off the kitchen.

MATERIAL:

  • A pig heart
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons satay
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons Knorr seasoning from Mushrooms and Seaweed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
